All of our booties are made with a full grain leather sole – this means they are appropriate for indoor/outdoor wear – just no puddle jumping!  Full grain leather is also non-slip, so perfect for early walkers.

Our laces are cut from the same high quality leather as our soles and are left extra long so they can be wrapped around twice.  The benefit to leather laces over cotton is that leather doesn’t loosen with wiggling like cotton cord does, so your booties will stay on!

We DON’T put a liner in our infant – toddler booties.  Why?  Well simply, they don’t need them.  Full grain leather is warm, and breathable.  It is also better for the early stages of standing and walking to have maximum ankle and toe movement and not be limited by a thick, bulky sole.
